  These are one of the best on the market in terms of Lion's Mane for an affordable price.
  It comes with Black Pepper too to help absorption.
  I've noticed that I am able to focus more and recall things quicker.
  There is however little guidance on when to take them which I would rate them down for.
  Tends to give me more vivid dreams but I like that!
  GREAT VALUE and GREAT INGREDIENTS
