  It's ok but you can't adjust the cutter pulloff tension so for very thin ptle coated wire it tends to cut through the wire. Probably great if you are an electrician doing house work, but for model making where you use very thin wire not so good. I have found that by gripping the wire and pulling it sort of sometimes works!
