  I bought this as a temporary measure because our shower is broken. Initially it was a very tight fit to attach it to the bath taps, ours are a square shape and don't really lend themselves to these attachments. However, once fitted the spray works well as long as you turn the cold on slowly. You'll have to sit or kneel to rinse hair but it can be used if you stand up as a shower, although pressure is a bit lacking.
  All in all, surprisingly good value for money.
