  Bought this chair a replacement for my office chair which had become unstable. It was delivered promptly and was relatively easy to assemble. I do recommend 2 people for this however.
  The chair is firmer than my previous one but relatively comfortable. The big difference for me was that this chair sits you very upright which is great for working at a desk but less comfortable to sit back when watching Netflix or TV online.
