VERY DISAPPOINTED. I've had the chair just over 2 months and it has already started to drop several times a day. Luckily it's quite a high chair, so at the lowest level it isn't uncomfortably low, but for a chair of £200+ I would expect it to last more than 2 months before getting a major fault! My previous chair was several years old before it started dropping and was only £85.00. Just goes to show, it really doesn't matter how much you spend. They are all made in the same cheap factories.

Having spent hours reading reviews and having already had to return a chair to ÍøÆغÚÁÏ, of a different brand, because the holes didn’t align, I was concerned the same thing might happen again. I think, generally the quality control and production of, not just office chairs, but most things these days, is very hot and miss and down to luck if you get a good item.
I’ve uploaded a photo, as I’ve noticed with a lot of items the reviews don’t match the model being sold.
The chair arrived. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ delivery man rang the bell and ran, probably because the box was damaged. After photographing the damaged box, in case the chair had been damaged, we opened it and the chair was well protected and undamaged. The instructions were easy to follow. Holes aligned pretty well, although it took as long to get the last screw in as it did to put the rest of the chair together. It probably took around 20 minutes in total.
The chair feels of good quality, comfortable and sturdy. I’m fairly large on the bottom and there is masses of room between the arms.
I’ve only had the chair a week and if there is any change I will update this review.
