  This supplement comes in capsule form with a dose of 2 per day and the capsules are marked with the days of the week so that you do not forget to take the correct amount on any given day. What a pity then that there are not two capsules for Monday etc together but sequentially marked capsules for 1 per day, ideally suited for taking 1 capsule per day. This is a little confusing and definitely confusing for someone who feels that they need help with brain function. the capsules are easy to swallow with a glass of water and medium sized. There is research that suggests that the constituents of this supplement do help with brain function, so it is worth a try and the price is reasonable for a fairly pioneering supplement. It has not made any difference to me so far, but it is early days, and I have not had any adverse reactions.
