  Disliked instruction manual.
  Was on the verge of putting it back into the box and returning, because we couldn't get it to work.
  When we ...(ok, my wife) finally figured out that you have to press and hold the on/off switch to get this to power up, I was really pleased with the rechargeable knife. I use it daily as we always make our bread at home and it has another set of blades with finer serrations used for carving meat. Gone are the frustrations of trying to keep a power cord out of the way because you are left handed. The knife cuts meat and home made loaves with a quiet ease. Would benefit from some sort of stand instead of having to put everything back into the case and the trigger is underneath making it a little awkward to use on a normal height worktop. The actual performance of this knife so far, make those niggles unimportant
