  i bought this to power a retina macbook pro, rated at 85W under a full load so thought that the 120W output of this would suffice.
  
  As I was driving in a friends back seat, I wasnt keen to blow a fuse in his car but, this has performed perfectly.
  
  The car in question has a rear power outlet, the charger got hot but managed to run this for a full 8 hours on a run to the south of france.
  
  I recommend this product even though I emailed their support unit and they told me that in order to output 85W, it would need far more and would likely blow the fuse.
  
  If you are employed as a technical support technician, know your product.
