  neat and compact it may be, but on the first use of this product the flimsy plastic handle became 'too hot to handle' and certainly requires more insulation. I have ended up tying string around the handle to make it possible to lift the kettle off the stove in order not to suffer 3rd degree burns. Other than this problem it does what it should do......boil water.
