  After receiving my doorbell , I had an issue with the connection process . I contacted customer support and was helped by Emma who was brilliant throughout , through her help I found out it was my Wi-Fi signal strength which was the problem . So , connection made and I cannot stress enough how good the quality of this product is . Picture clarity and quality is outstanding even in night mode , motion sensor is in real time and lots of other features are all great . The angled bracket is an added bonus , if like me , you want the camera facing more towards the door. Brilliant product and customer support . Highly recommended A
