  Bought this specifically for drying cookie icing.it’s been a game changer. Works brilliant I am able to dry one colour / layer of icing quickly before I add the next and avoid colour bleed . I use the lowest heat setting .
  It’s compact enough to fit on kitchen side but with 8 shelves I can dry a lot of cookies at a time.
