This little device takes the output from your dreamcast and output it via HDMI cable to your TV. I had my doubts as to whether this device would make any real noticeable different in picture quality, but was surprised how clear the images are, you can really see subtle differences in colours and shading which were hard to see using decent RGB cables, and nigh on impossible with the RF lead. Games like Sonic Adventure and Resident Evil Veronica look so much better. I should say that this cable isn't some sort of magic wand which makes picture quality better, it just improves the clarity of what's originally there. Nothing more.
