  It came with nice packing, does what it suppose to do. I even poured out some cold drink from the fridge and just 15 to 20mins(red mode) it was good to drink with the right temperature, easy to use and quite handy for someone always staying at home especially winter is coming.
  One thing just be careful after you turn it off, the plate is still quite hot, can still keep warm for a while though, so powerful XD
