The ball thrower itself is a good size to hide from my dog whilst out until I am ready to throw the ball, so I will keep it for that reason, but the ball is downright dangerous. Should partially refund the "ball" though, it's not fit for purpose.
UPDATE - excellent customer service, received a full refund. I do think they would source a different ball though, it isn't the same quality as the launcher.
