Monitor stand came very well packaged with allen keys to put the monitor together of varying sizes. There is a user manual and you can either have the option to place the monitor stand on your desk with a large base or screw it onto your desk though that requires drilling a hole and I can't do that with my desk. There are plastic clips that provide cable management routes for the monitor video output and power cables etc. Be sure to check the manual to see what kind of screws you need to use because there are two types. It's quite easy to assemble really. The only downside is that I don't know if you can take off one monitor arm of the two that are provided and just use 1 since they seem to be attached together which is a shame. But for two monitors it's perfect and I it has tilt and swivel which makes putting in the cables very easy since you can turn the monitor vertically to install the cables instead of fumbling around underneath the monitor. For the price you pay I say this is a very sturdy monitor though be careful because it can tip over if you have it on the flat base. But only if you are tilting the monitors then it tends to tip over maybe too top heavy so to speak. But once it is assembled and stationary on the desk it does not tip over at all and does not shake when I type for example so it's a very solid strong monitor stand for two monitors.
