  Good quality, very pleased. Great that they are in a package that can be posted through your letterbox too.
  
  I have been using these for 3-4 months now and my skin has improved massively to the point of receiving compliments. I stopped taking them for a few weeks just to see whether it really was the evening primrose and I did have a few more spots, my skin looked a little less plumped and also less radiant and also my hair needed washing more?!
  I recommend them!!
