As a night worker I really struggle to stay asleep when I can see daylight outside and due to the shape of my windows blackout curtains still let in some light. This tent grants me complete darkness and I often wake thinking it's the middle of the night. For the first time in years I'm averaging 8 hours sleep every day.

The downside is that it can get very hot inside. But I counter this by adding a few ice blocks into the side pocket and have a battery fan inside.

I'd like to give it 5 stars, but have deducted one star as it's so difficult and frustrating to assemble. As others have said, the rods require a lot of strain to force into the fabric. It took me many attempts and a lot of effort to finally get it assembled. I was even considering sawing a centimetre off the end.
