  Having suffered with chronic constipation for as long as I can remember, ( I am nearly 70 now ), I have tried everything on the market, I also had stomach pains, and terrible bloating.
  I bought these on recommendation, and I can't believe how quickly I have found relief! From going to the loo, if I was lucky, twice a week, since I have started taking them, it's every day now!
  They don't make you rush to the loo, like some of the other things I have tried either.
  As an added bonus, my stomach pains have gone, and I have lost 3 pounds in weight! All this in ten days.
  Highly recommended.
