    One controller arrived broken which they replaced but the one they replaced it with was blocked by Microsoft because it wasn't an official controller and then we had to buy a brand new one for £50 from another seller. If you sell a controller with the Xbox logo on it should be official but obviously not! Customer service was really unhelpful and rude I wouldn’t suggest buying from them.
