  These are great and I really have seen a difference over the last few months. I've gotten compliments about my hair, my nails grow like crazy and my skin generally looks a lot healthier. Plus they are a great price!! My only reservation is the quantity of vitamin levels they have (some doubling the recommended daily dosage).
