  I bought this computer a year ago for university. I have defragged it, system restored, and no matter what I do it is ridiculously slow to operate anything on it. Even shutting it down takes 15mins ( I timed it). It seems to be a problem with the Operating System as when the computer is ran from a USB running Linux it runs smoothly. I really wouldn't bother with buying one from this company, as it seems to be very hit and miss if they will do a good job refurbishing it.
