  Loft ladder and hatch are great. Couple of things to bear in mind:
  
  1. Try and get two people to install it, when tensioning the springs and lifting into the hole it can be quite difficult alone.
  2. If you get the one with the two hand rails install them BEFORE adding the springs, it cannot really be done after the springs are under tension as it will want to pull the brackets away.
  
  Even with these little things, it can't be beaten for the price. It replaced a old 300mm by 600mm hatch and this is miles better than that, just quick access to the loft when you need it.
