  These turned an unusable desk / chair combo into a very comfortable setup. I wish the arm rests were actually metal instead of plastic though but it's not much to complain about. I'm very happy with it.
  
  They keep your arm nice and level with your desk to avoid carpal tunnel, so if you find yourself shaking your hands after using your computer for a while. You might want to look into something like this.
