  I can’t seem to be able to find a way to even get a refund on this useless product. I purchased it as a different starter for yoghurt, which I’ve been successfully making in my yoghurt maker for over 2 years. It didn’t set at all so is a complete and expensive waste. This is almost the same price as the other brand I’ve been using which has 5 packets, this is supposedly an “heirloom” mix which can be re-used indefinitely, well it’s totally useless. I should be able to get a refund but the ���غ��� algorithm doesn’t give that choice, I can hardly sent back a litre of gunk back!
