The paste quality it's self is good it keeps my cpu temps down to the 40-70 degree range, if the cpu maxs out for a long period of time it would be roughly
70 degrees. The size could last you a couple of years depending on how offten you use it, it comes with a decent amount of thermal paste
CONS: Can be hard to clean up if you applied too much, you need to know the balance between how much it too much and how much is just enough.
OVERALL: I would recommend this thermal paste because it's from a reputable brand that i trust and so do others. 5/5.
