  Ordered compatible HP ink cartridges for my printer.
  
  Inserted one & printer said "No". It refused to work - rejecting the Non-HP cartridge.
  
  Smartink's support says "contact us. You'll get a response within 5 minutes". I contacted them & got a response within 5 minutes. I followed their simple instructions & was up & running within 15 minutes (& most of that was booting up my laptop).
  
  Fabulous service.
