  I bought these in place of a more expensive brand to help my PCOS symptoms. The pills are a little hard to swallow-size is not too bad compared to others but the capsule lip can be quite sharp on the odd occasion. I spread mine out through the day; typically 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening as taking them all together makes me feel sick-quite normal for me as had the same issue with other brands.
  
  I have only been taking them a week so far, but I have noticed changes in my mood (for the better) and less cravings and hunger.
  
  It's also worth noting that yesterday I woke up to a sharp pain in my side and I already had my period. I used an ovulation kit, and I actually ovulated for the first time in over a year...amazing.
  We shall see what happens regarding hirsuitism, adult acne, hair loss etc and will update this when I have been taking them a while.
  
  Overall, for the price I paid I am impressed. They came quickly too!
