  This is probably my fault.
  Followed the instructions to the T and yet it tastes very cidery.
  I suspect I messed up the brewing. I can imagine what it should taste like (Hoegarten or similarly) but the instructions are most likely suited for Australian climate. I’ll try again with longer brewing time and higher temperature.
