  Having experimented with growing plants from seed during lockdown, I wanted to try a cold frame for my seedlings. As a novice I didnt want to spend a lot and this frame was the cheapest I found. It arrived promptly. The back panel window was slightly damaged but not enough to bother me. Self assembly (not my favourite phrase) but all the necessary screws were provided. Some predrilled holes to guide you.
  As other reviewers say, it's extremely light and not very robust, but it does the job.
  
  Update February 2021.
  The frame has kept a load of Ammi seedlings safe over winer though I added in some fleecey layers in the very cold weather.
  The only problem is the flimsiness of the perspex panels. They buckle easily when the cats jump on top of the frame. That said, you can bash them back in position quite easily, though it all looks a bit battered now.
