  From short, stubby, bitten nails to long, strong and healthy looking nails. I cannot believe how much they've grown within a short amount of time. I've been taking these Biotin tablets since the beginning of May 2015. My hair has grown an inch which usually in a month only grown half of an inch, and as previously said, my nails are much healthier. I take 2 tablets daily, in the morning, and I am 100% satisfied with the results so far. - Highly recommended
