  I didn't even bother to get a refund, it smelled so bad like chemicals and it would not go away, I tried vinegar, detergent, mild bleach, sunlight, nothing worked. I made one necklace and the rest went in the bin, that necklace will also go in the bin as it still smells after being in the sun for a week and all of the above. It was also very waxy, but I coud have lived with that. It's a shame as the colours were nice, and the price was good.
