However, it would appear that there are quality control issues which show themselves in both the product that was received and the product description.The media could not be loaded.
The table is described as "Hartleys 3ft Handy Square Folding Table". It isn't actually 3ft square but is in fact just under 34" square. It does identify the accurate measurements in cms in one of the supplied images but for those people who don't routinely convert cm to inches this is not helpful. The product photos also contain an image of a completely different folding table.
The table is supposed to have a locking safety metal band that slides over the angled joint - shown in the pictures I have supplied, and included in the pictures on the product description - the one supplied to me had this piece missing.
You can see in the video I have created that none of the legs actually clicked into place. Reading other reviews it appears that I was not the only one to have this experience. I cannot recommend purchasing this table.
Notwithstanding the issues identified already, I found customer service to be responsive and direct. Despite the expected 5 day delivery time frame quoted, both this table and a replacement I purchased, different model, arrived in two days. After looking at the video review I received a full immediate refund.
If you experience difficulties convincing customer services that the legs will not lock into place please refer them to the video in my review. Also contact ÍøÆغÚÁÏ customer services. You are entitled to a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015.
