Do bear in mind this is not a high end security system, this is just a deterrent.
Its purpose is to try and make someone change their mind about stealing your stuff
In summary, it is very loud, very easy to use, very easy to set up, made of plastic
The plastic it is made of is not the strongest, you could drop it on concrete and it would be fine, but a hammer would put this thing out of action pretty quick if a would be thief wanted to silence it
It does come with batteries, zip ties, and adhesive pads so you shouldn't need anything to attach this to an object - unless it needs some other sort of equipment
I can't comment on the durability or the water resistant properties of it yet as I haven't had it long enough
