  This is pretty strong, bought for an 8 year old and we have it on the shortest setting, so as it is adjustable there's room to heighten it later. You can fill the base with water so it's good and sturdy, and it's a decent workout/stress release. Gloves fit and have room for growth, really pleased with it.
