  I must say few things have inspired me to write reviews before but I’m extremely happy with this product! I’ve only had them for 6 days and lost 3 kgs.
  I haven’t been following any diet although I’m in a place mentally now I’ve had a surprise loss to adopt a better eating pattern, these have took away my constant need to hunt for treats when I’m not hungry. I’ve managed to fast most of the day and eat a tasty meal in the evening and not feel in the least bit deprived! I’m excited for continued results and I am going to combine with Keto now my sugar craving is better controlled. I will buy more most definitely 👍🏻
