  I ordered this hoping to be able to cast an Android phone to a monitor via HDMI. A similar model (not available in the UK) does this. Unfortunately, this one doesn't. Whilst the keyboard and monitor inputs work, the monitor functionality does not.
  
  This isn't unique to this product, I've tried several port replicators with an HDMI out, none of them work with phones.
