  Took these to Europe during this summer's heatwave to keep our daughter's Epipens cool in the heat. Worked a treat! Like that you can cut them down to singles and doubles depending on your need. They haven't leaked or burst and I pop them in the kids' lunch bags now.
  One downside would be that they don't stay frozen for quite as long as I would have wished.
