    I have had the blender for over a year. I use it daily with no problems. Though it has become louder recently and I am expecting it to break soon. It is my 3rd blender and my previous Nutirbullets got very loud and broke soon thereafter so it is my educated guess this one will break soon too as the design is very similar. Predictions aside...Recently I broke the cup and contacted VonShef to enquire where I could buy a replacement cup. I was advised they do not store it/sell it separately as it is not a functional part. To be honest, I cannot imagine a more functional spare part. So please be aware of VonShef's policy and potential problem of built in obsolescence, thus 3 stars for value for money. On the plus side, at least they have customer services you can easily contact which is not the case with Nutribullet which does not seem to have any customer support in the UK (if anyone fancy sending a product for a repair to the US and pay a postage, I recommend they buy Nutribullet. I sent VonShef an email in the morning and received a response within one hour. Bravo! Great, great pity about the built ind obsolescence and negative impact on the environment.
