  Bought thos item for my daughter for Christmas the packaging came damaged so did the black plastic that was holding the strips together. Anyways come to put them up now in her room and the connection is broke so one part of the lights don't work. Also the remote it came with doesn't work as the lights are just on blue this is the second time I've bought these for her room. Tried getting a refund or replacement and I can't
