It was easy to put together on my own, all the screw holes were of a top quality with proper threading. I think I might be pushing my luck putting hardwood logs on it, but I like how they look on there. They are very industrial looking, and so would suit any industrial themed room. The height is fantastic. It was hard to find anything elsewhere that was tall and in this style without spending a fortune. I would recommend this unit.
