Takes a while to put together. You must follow the instructions every step of the way when assembling the apparatus. Weight plates need to be bought separately. A brilliant machine very comfortable chest press work out. Very useful for building upper body strength. Make sure you have enough room as this machine takes up a lot of space. Easy to use add the appropriate weight aim for 3 sets of 12 something like that. Results become noticeable after about 4 weeks if you use it 2 or 3 times weekly. Depending on your level of fitness and strength. If you aren’t as fit to begin with allow yourself several days rest between workouts. Slowly build yourself up. Once you become fitter you’ll be able to use this up to 3 times a week. Don’t use everyday as you’ll need to allow your muscles time to recover. Very safe to use with fixed arm bars and a safety resting bar. You can safely use this machine alone. This apparatus is heavy once fully assembled and difficult to move.
