  I was recommended to try this magnesium spray to my ease aches and pains. It definitely took my mind off the aches and pains because it made my skin Itchy so it was quite unpleasant. On the plus side it isn't greasy and is very easily absorbed into the skin. But for me it was a waste of money as I can't use it due to the reaction on my skin. I'd recommend testing it out (if a friend has some for example) before committing to buying it and then having an adverse reaction.
