  I live in a very bad water area with a high rate of limescale, I was thinking of replacing my 18mth old kettle due to having tried various descalers and home remedies to try to remove the limescale from my kettle which was awful and quite thick. It was my brother that told me about Kilrock and how brilliant it was and even though I was sceptical I went ahead and purchased a bottle.
  
  WoW, it's quite astonishing I was left with a dropped jaw, that doesn't happen often !!, Kilrock Descaler is an excellent product, I followed the instructions on the bottle which is a must, within 30 mins, as I did used the product 2wice even though once was enough I just wanted to make sure every little, tiny, tiniest bit of limescale had been eradicated, my kettle was brand new n shiney.
  
  DEFINITELY recommend this product, I never usually give 5 stars for anything 4 is my limit but this product is well worth it.
