  Can`t fault this for the price. Got it running on a 55 inch OLED and as far as 640x480P outputs go, looks fantastic.
  
  But beware with it converting VGA to HDMI output, its sending a PC Full RGB colour space output (0-255) not limited (16-235) which is whats used on most media devices. If you are noticing all your black levels seems crushed, with no detail this is why.
  
  Most modern TV`s allow you to set this in settings under hdmi black level, which you want on high. Make sure your TV supports full RGB colour space range though. If not, you might be best of going the VGA cable route on a monitor or older tv`s that used to support VGA.
  
  Other that that, if you want to relive the glory days of the best Console of all time, this is an essential purchase!
