Can’t believe I managed to repair my broken bonnet lock myself, but it was pretty straightforward removing the old one and replacing it with this. The only snag was that the yellow release catch was longer on the new one and stopped the bonnet shutting, but I used a hacksaw to saw the very end off the catch and it works. I have to look inside to see where to get a finger on the catch, because it doesn’t stick out from the bonnet now, but it’s not a problem. Must have saved a lot from not getting a garage to do this.
