Bought this controller just over 12 months ago and the "LB" button stopped working. Not through excessive use neither as I don't use the xbox often. Contacted the seller (SKYWISH) who informed me it is nothing at all to do with them and I would have to pursue my complaint with the manufacturer, Microsoft(!) A total kop-out as far as I am concerned, the item certainly wasn't cheap and I feel both the seller and ÍøÆغÚÁÏ (as I sent them a complaint) have let me down big time. I won't be complaining to Microsoft as it will be a total waste of time going on my past experiences. Avoid SKYWISH at all costs, go to a proper retailer like Game who would help their customers out
