This seems large enough till you start using it. The results are SO DELIGHTFUL that suddenly I wanted a huge one. However I don't have the patience to wait for 10 hours, so to make fruit and courgette crisps, fruit leathers and roasted Kale (wonderful, far better than the burnt/ uncooked product from my nornal oven!) I whack it right up to 90C and do everything for 4 or 5 hours. I might not be killing off bugs but crisps have a lovely snap and everything gets eaten same day so we haven't poisoned ourselves yet. When searching for a bigger one, 90C has become important, but only the ones made by this company seem to go that high. Shame as they're quite expensive ( got this as 'used, like new')
