  Read few positive reviews online and ordered it from ÍøÆغÚÁÏ. First of all, they are tabs and are very big and it's very hard to swallow them. If it is in a Capsule form one can try and swallow it. I nearly chocked on it! I searched online to contact the manufacturer to ask them how to take this pill and can one dilute in the water etc but I couldn't find any contacts of the manufacturer. If this company is so good why they don't have any contact details at all? I have brought some other supplements too which I will return it back to ÍøÆغÚÁÏ as one can not contact the manufacturer at all. Not very impressive at all!
  I have to ask ÍøÆغÚÁÏ for my money back and never to buy any product from this particular manufacturer.
