  The laptop itself seemed fine but once I had started it up and linked to my Microsoft account I noticed that the operation system was not as advertised Which was Windows Pro11 installed. I contacted the seller through ÍøÆغÚÁÏ and got a message to say I could upgrade to Windows !1 for free. I tried doing this but it did not work I think the system wanted a lot of Windows 10 upgrades before it recognised Windows 11. I paid extra to have Windows 11. Seller should have at least told me and given instructions for installing Windows 11. Wasn't happy I had wasted hours trying to upgrade - not what I paid for so sent it back. I hope I am not too long before I get my refund as until then I can't afford to buy another
