  I buy this for my father-in-law who is nearly 80, he is always very sleepy, but also pretty active. He feels that this does him some good, and from that respect it probably does.
  
  It seems to have a good selection of vitamins and minerals in it, it is after all a multivitamin supplement, but one that is supposedly targeted at over 50s to increase their energy.
  
  He does have a reasonable amount of energy, so they could be helping, although he has always been active. The only thing that we notice (including him) is that he still sleeps a lot, as soon as he sits down, he has always done this, even when younger, but he hoped these would reduce that a bit.
